Mira FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Mira — the analysis, pricing, privacy and results.

What is Mira?

Mira is an AI tool that analyzes your skin and hair from a face photo and builds a personalized, research-backed plan for care, lifestyle and treatments — plus an illustrative AI "after" simulation.

Is this medical advice?

No. Mira is an educational and informational tool and does not replace a dermatologist or aesthetic doctor. Always consult a licensed professional before any treatment.

Where do the cited studies come from?

From a curated library of verified publications — the AI may cite exclusively from it, so a fabricated reference can never reach you. Every citation in your plan links to PubMed where you can verify it. The full list and scoring rules are on the Methodology page.

How accurate is the analysis?

Mira reads what is visible in your photo — a directional read of care quality, not a clinical measurement. What we assess, how the score is built and where the limits are is documented openly on the Methodology page.

What if my photo is bad (light, angle, sharpness)?

The analysis says so: with poor capture quality we mark the result as informational, damp over-time comparisons and suggest a new shot. The score never claims more than the photo actually shows.

How much does it cost?

A complete scan is a one-time €19 — no subscription. You can try the basic analysis for free; payment unlocks the full plan and the AI "after" image.

What do I get after paying?

The full analysis and score unlocked, a personal plan across four areas (skin, hair, lifestyle, treatments) backed by research, and a generated illustrative AI "after" image.

Are the AI "after" images real?

They are not a prediction of results. They are illustrative simulations that suggest a possible direction — the real outcome depends on many factors.

What happens to my photo?

In free mode the photo is processed only during analysis and is not stored. For a paid scan it is stored encrypted in the EU. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is AI trained on my photos?

No. We never use your photos to train any models. The analysis runs on AI models via API (Anthropic, OpenAI), whose terms exclude training on API data by default.

Can I get a refund?

This is digital content delivered immediately — at payment you consent to performance starting and to losing the 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Right of withdrawal document for details.

How do I sign in?

By email (we send a one-time sign-in code) or with your Google account.

Can I change my email address?

Self-service email change isn't available yet — your account is tied to the address you sign in with. Write to appinarasolutions@gmail.com and we'll sort it out manually.

Which languages does Mira support?

Slovak and English. Switch the language with the picker in the top-right corner.

What is a re-scan and progress?

Later you can take a new scan and Mira compares it with the previous one so you can see how things change over time.

How much does a re-scan cost?

Re-scans are currently included — free. If that ever changes, you will see the exact price up front: before taking the photo and before any payment. No surprises.

Who is behind Mira?
