Right of withdrawal and complaints

For distance contracts, as a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

MiraSkinLab delivers digital content immediately after payment. At checkout you explicitly tick consent to performance beginning before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. We record this consent.

Without this consent we do not start the payment and do not unlock the content.

A gift voucher is digital content delivered when it is redeemed, so buying one does not waive anything — at purchase the buyer only confirms that they understand this. The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase as long as the code is unused, and we refund the buyer in full. The person who redeems the code gives the consent above at redemption, and the right of withdrawal ends then. See the Terms for the voucher's validity.

If your right of withdrawal still applies (e.g. before the content is made available), write to hello@miraskinlab.com. A clear statement of withdrawal is enough.

We refund without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days, using the same means as your payment (via Stripe), unless agreed otherwise. Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are refunded through Apple or Google under their refund procedures; write to us and we will help you request it.
