MiraSkinLab provides an AI aesthetic analysis of skin and hair, a personal plan, and an illustrative AI "after" simulation. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.

It is an educational and informational tool, NOT medical advice or a diagnosis. AI "after" images are illustrations, not a prediction of real results.

Intended purpose: the service is NOT intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, predict, prognose, treat or alleviate any disease or disability. It is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and must not be used as one.

The complete assessment costs €49 as a one-time payment on the website (processed by Stripe). In the iOS and Android apps the front-photo report costs €19.99 (or the local price shown in the store) and is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The seller is not a VAT payer; the stated price is final.

A front-photo report bought earlier for €19 can be upgraded to the complete assessment for €30 from the report's page.

Re-scans of a paid assessment are currently included, up to three a week. Any price that does apply is shown before you take the photo and again before payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The contract is formed upon successful payment.

This is digital content delivered immediately after payment (unlocking the analysis, plan, and generating the AI "after" image).

If the analysis fails or your result never arrives, you are entitled by law to have it fixed or your money back — just write to us at hello@miraskinlab.com. We aim to re-run it or refund you within a few days.

Every account has a personal invite link (shown in your account). A friend who opens it and buys their first complete assessment on miraskinlab.com gets €10 off (€39 instead of €49); the discount and the reduced price are shown at checkout before payment. It applies once per account, only to an account that has not bought a report before, not with your own link, not to re-scans, and not to purchases through the App Store or Google Play.

When the friend’s payment is confirmed, you receive a gift code for a complete assessment by email and in your account. You may give it to anyone or use it yourself on a new scan; it works like a gift voucher (see below), is valid for 12 months and can be used once. When three friends’ purchases have been confirmed, you receive one extra code — once per account. You can earn at most 10 codes through referrals in any 12 months; after that your friends still get their discount. Codes earned this way have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and carry no right of withdrawal or refund, as nothing was paid for them.

Rewards from before 30 October 2026 (a free upgrade of a €19 report, or an upgrade credit) stay valid as granted.

A reward that has been granted is not taken back if the friend’s purchase is later refunded. If the friend’s payment is disputed (a chargeback), a reward you have not used yet is withdrawn: an unused code stops working, and if you then have fewer than three confirmed referrals an unused extra code stops working too (it is not issued again); an unused credit is cancelled, and a free upgrade is reverted unless its in-depth reading has already been delivered. The friend’s own purchase is treated like any other. We may refuse a discount or reward obtained by referring yourself, for example through extra accounts.

You can buy the complete assessment (€49) as a gift voucher on miraskinlab.com. You receive a single-use code by email, with a link to a printable gift card. The code is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; an unused code expires after that without a refund, except where your right of withdrawal below still applies.

A voucher is digital content delivered when its code is redeemed, so no waiver is asked for at purchase; instead you confirm at purchase that you understand this. Until the code is redeemed you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of it, as long as the code has not been redeemed, and we refund the full price to you (the buyer), by the same means of payment. The voucher is redeemed on miraskinlab.com, on the payment step of a first report (not a re-scan, and not through the App Store or Google Play). The voucher decides which report is unlocked. When redeeming it, the recipient expressly consents to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal, as at any purchase; from that moment the buyer's right of withdrawal ends too. Any refund of a voucher, before or after it is redeemed (for example under our guarantee if the analysis fails), is paid to the buyer.

If you wish, we email the code to the recipient on a date you choose, up to a year ahead: on the morning of that day (UTC), once, to the address you give. You receive the code yourself at purchase either way. If the code is redeemed, refunded or expired before that day, the email is not sent.

If the voucher's payment is refunded or disputed before it is redeemed, the code stops working. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not combined with the friend's discount.

The service does not replace professional medical or dermatological examination and is informational. Consult a licensed professional before any treatment.

The provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the recommendations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; this does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights, nor liability for intent or gross negligence.
